Church Pictorial Directory

A published keepsake of Fairborn St Luke United Methodist Church that celebrates our church family, preserves our story, and reminds us of our significant times and activities — that and more is what our Church Pictorial Directory does for us. 

Portraits and information on our members and friends gives us a current-day history of our entire church family that we can share among ourselves and extend to new members from the community.

The directory is a valuable tool that can be used over and over as a source for names, addresses, e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, and prayer lists.  We can all use it as we outreach for future growth and friendships. 

Olan Mills will ship our 2004 directories during the first week of July 2004, and general distribution will be made between church services for several Sundays after the shipment is received.  In looking ahead to our next directory in about three years, however, we believe it would be advantageous to begin planning for our Family Activity pages now. 

"How?" you ask.

Well, we will have many occasions over the next three years or so to take pictures of our families and friends at church or church-related activities.  And there can be no doubt than many colorful and interesting photos (digital and film) will be taken at those events.  If you take or obtain photos you believe might be especially appealing, and should be considered for our next church pictorial directory, please send or forward them to Lyndia Richard, 308 Chatham Drive, Fairborn, OH 45324.  Her phone number is 937-879-7656 and her e-mail address is richardl@gemair.com .   Please bear in mind that digital files should be taken with the best image quality setting of your camera, should remain unedited, and should be sent in the camera's native file format (usually .jpg).  Contact:  Bob Gehman, 937-233-8990, e-mail bobgehman@woh.rr.com .
