Risk-Taking Service and Mission at Fairborn St. Luke UMC describes an approach for bringing people to Christ.  It recognizes and encourages their spiritual and personal growth, identifies their gifts, and equips them to have a positive influence on the church and the community through their ministries.  Risk-Taking Service and Missions emphasizes sensitivity to the unchurched in everything that we do.  It reinforces the idea that we can transform lives through small groups.  It declares that we can all participate in Ministry, and that leaders aren't born - they're developed.  Most importantly, it affirms that we love one another and will always do our best for God.
